A AMAI tem recebido várias solicitações sobre o desfecho da ação movida em relação ao FASPM. O processo, sob o número 0006177-78.2022.8.16.0004, teve início em 28 de outubro de 2022, solicitando a suspensão dos processos relativos à extinção do FASPM. Após uma série de eventos judiciais, o processo foi julgado extinto sem resolução de mérito devido à lei que extinguiu o FASPM.

A AMAI informa que está avaliando as opções para resolver esse problema, seja através de apelação da sentença ou de uma nova ação judicial, visando atender aos interesses de seus associados quanto à prestação de contas do patrimônio do FASPM, conforme previsto na lei 21.351/2023.
